Jesse was great and came through quick in the time of need unit was perfect size for what I needed.everything was done over phone I was in the same day.i highly recommend.now this is the End of my journey with storage haven my stay was pleasant no problems and Jessie's communication was impeccable and I will be using them again because of him❤️❤️

I understand why this storage unit has a 5.0 rating when I first looked at it I wondered how it could possibly have that being that it's a storage unit and if the storage unit kind of tucked out of the way, but Jesse the owner, I believe makes this place a lot better.. I just started renting from this storage and Jesse has personally talked with me anytime I needed help day and night a very good customer service and I believe that's what makes the business is customer service and about how you treat people. 24-hour service is great to have also not too many storages offer this and their prices are really affordable.. hopefully they keep it the same because this is what's going to flourish the business. Thanks for all y'all's help
